Evolving from a study of Gosford Waterfront — a place I often pass — its ever-changing moods frequently catch my eye. On this particular day, the boats moored along the jetty seemed to almost dissolve into the haze. I stopped, walked the waterfront, and captured the moment through photography, feeling a strong compulsion to then translate the scene into paint.
